A: Homes Direct is a FREE referral site for buyers and sellers that was designed to streamline the home buying or selling process by suggesting a qualified, LICENSED real estate professional in your area that has been screened, checked and verified who will educate you in the current market and assist you in achieving your goal and maximizing your MONEY!
Q: Are there any rewards or benefits in using your service?
A: Yes. In most cases our realtors offer MANY BENEFITS. First, our realtors have been tested to be VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTS in the field which in return will SAVE YOU TIME & MONEY. In some cases, our realtors will have special perks. In Las Vegas our realtors offer FREE LIMO SERVICE to your closing. This is a GREAT WAY to start your new home on the Right Foot.
Q: Can I search for homes myself?
A: Yes, in most cases you will receive an instant email containing a special link that will allow you to instantly search for a home in your area.
Q: What if I enter the wrong email or Telephone #?
A: In order to eliminate fraud our system is designed to recognize wrong email addresses and wrong telephone numbers. If you enter the wrong information, you will not receive the link to search for homes.
Q: How many realtors do you refer for each area?
A: We interview several candidates for each area and select the most qualified one. Currently, only one agent is authorized to be listed for each city.
Q: How do you select the realtors?
A: We screen our realtors and hold them to the highest standards. All realtors must go through the following strict guidelines to qualify.
- Must be licensed for a minimum of 5 years.
- Must reside in the city or state they sell for a minimum of 5 years.
- Agents must pass a series of tests to demonstrate their knowledge, area expertise, customer service skills, background, ethics and professionalism.
- CRS APPROVED: The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field.
Q: What if after speaking to the Agent I am not happy… am I obligated to use them?
A: No. There is absolutely NO OBLIGATION to use the agent we suggest. If you do encounter a problem with one of our referrals, we ask that you contact us immediately and inform us of the problem.
Q: I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and would like to be listed. How do I proceed?
A: If you are a licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker, you may submit your application by CLICKING HERE.
Q: I am not a licensed realtor but I plan on being one soon, can I still join?
A: NO. Only VERIFIED licensed Real Estate agents and brokers can apply.
Q: Can I list my home for sale on your site?
A: No, you may complete the “Sell My Home” form and you will be contacted by a qualified, licensed real estate professional that will assist you with your Home Selling process and present you with a customized plan to meet your goals.
